As part of the continuing development of Chelmund’s Cross Village Centre, the demolition of the old dental centre will start from 15^th February 2016. The position of the building  means that the pedestrian access between Wardour Drive and Craig Croft will be closed off whilst the works are being carried out.  Access will be maintained  to Bishop Wilson School and nursery gates either side of the building for parents and children using the facilities. Demolition works are anticipated to take up to 3 weeks to complete, although they may be completed in a shorter time period. Unfortunately, there will be local disruption as these works are being carried out.
