Digby Court in Pike Drive is a development of 147 new homes on the old Bishop Wilson School site in Chelmsley Wood.

There are 1 and 2-bedroom apartments and 3 and 4-bedroom homes. Phase 2 of the development, which consists of 41 homes, started on site in June 2016.  106 homes were built in the first phase.  All these homes are now sold.
